04 · Operating expenses

Firm-level operating expenses, cash basis, Nakano and Centerpitch combined — not netted against either book's returns above. Expected year-end spend uses the quarterly reports' annualization: lumpy items (accountant and state fees, client entertainment, internal events) held at actuals, the rest scaled by day-count.

05 · The record

Both books over their common window — 24 May 2019, the public book's first trading day, through the as-of date — chained daily time-weighted returns, directly comparable to an index.

The private book enters the common window at its then-carrying value; transfers between the books are netted as internal. Over the full history (since April 2016) the overall book is time-weighted — the early years carry the entry haircuts of a small, all-private base. Sleeve-level economics — every deal, multiple, and IRR — are on the record page.

Confidential. This dashboard is for partners and invited parties. Figures are unaudited; private marks are estimates and the basis for each is documented in the quarterly reports. Live public-book values are indicative: current market quotes (delayed up to ~5 minutes) applied to share counts as of the last quarterly build — trades since then are not reflected until the next build. The official record is the as-of series and the quarterly reports. Please don't forward or repost.
